Sinéad Hewson founded the Dutch impact start-up Unconventional Innovators and works internationally on transformation, business scale-ups, and high performance.
She completed her PhD in TU Dublin, Ireland, researching decision-making when communication is at the heart of an organisation’s strategy development.
Her background is in health, business and communication, specialising in co-opetition, group dynamics and transformative mindsets. (TpEBO).
She has held a number of board positions in organisations focused on gender equity, health policy and online health delivery and is listed as an EU expert. Sinéad speaks internationally, lectures at Webster University Leiden and is based in the Netherlands.
